Welcome back long-suffering listeners! After a week's hiatus, the Lith and the Trap are back for a freewheeling new episode. Discussed: the odd unknown thing that causes Monolith to get all stuffed up, a girl named Patchouli, a brief back-and-forth about a movie to be discussed in a future podcast (as well as a massive spoiler of that film), a less-than-brief summary of two movies Bear Trap saw while in Florida, Monolith's excitement level for 'Dark Knight Rises', which beer goes best with intergalactic terror, Yaphet Kotto and Harry Dean Stanton (you read that right), the best way to give birth to a child these days, 'Game of Thrones' episode six dissection, Gatsby and Skyfall teasers. Enjoy it folks!

Show # 42- AVENGERS! BRING YOURSELVES INTO ONE ANOTHER'S GENERAL VICINITY!
The LittleSnack listeners' geeked-out 'Avengers' talk over the weekend brought the 'Lith out of his cave and into a theater Monday afternoon, for only the second time this year. Keep it up everyone! Together you can cure him of his acute agoraphobia! And the reward for your good deeds: he and BearTrap meander through a discussion of 'Avengers' for an entire hour. Remember all the fun you had at the movie? Take all that away and then replace it with a soul-deep existential ennui, and you've essentially got this podcast. Don't give me that sad face. You've got to be used to this by now.
Discussed: Blue-glowing Tesseracts and SHIELD's policy of deterrence, whether Nick Fury is "an evil man" or "evil evil man", whether puny humans have any place in an Avengers movie, why Hulk is oddly selective about when he's bad Hulk and when he's amenable Hulk, podcasts we plan to have later we know you'll love (our thoughts on NASA and the worsening trend of trailers showing spoiler-y plot points from the movies they're trying to get you to see), Beastie Boys memories, getting "deep into some Fat Boys", and some 'Ender's Game' business. Hope you like it.

Show #41- Stannis Baratheon Esquire and the Scourge of Gratuitous HBO Boobies
The 'Lith and the Trap have returned to tickle your cochleas with their podcasting brilliance! Or maybe that's 'they're back to bother you with insidious disinformation, poorly reasoned arguments, and laughable opinions'. It's one of those, I'm sure. Anyway, in their first podcast since their Asheville sojourn, the two Pudd'nhead Wilsons catch everyone up on all the Game of Thrones talk you've been clamoring for. ('You' being the three other people who watch and enjoy the show.) Also discussed: thoughts on last episode's excellent "broad"cast, what HBO's 'must show boobies' clause might mean for GoT's casting director, "MI4: Ghost Protocol" and the genius of Brad Bird, the line from 'Iron Giant' that gets Monolith every time, a possible Little Snack Book Club selection, a request for the theater-averse podcaster to see a certain film set in a forested area centering around a small wooden structure, and, weirdly, nothing about 'The Avengers' which comes out this Friday. We'll remedy that next week. Hope you like it.
